摘 要:当前,公众养生保健方式多样化且便捷化,健康意识不断增强,推动了保健食品行业向上发展。益生菌作为增长最迅速的细分领域之一,已成为保健食品行业的焦点。为推动益生菌产业新质生产力和行业健康发展,本文从监管引导、行业协会推动、激发市场潜能、打造新场景新业态以及公众需求导向等方面入手,提出了提升益生菌基础研究、提高生产质量、加强成品循证研究等发展策略,以期为推动我国益生菌产业高质量发展提供借鉴。The increasing diversity and convenience of health maintenance practices,coupled with growing health consciousness,have driven the functional food industry upwards.Probiotics,as one of the fastest growing segments,have become a focus in the industry.To promote the new quality productivity and healthy development of the probiotics industry,this article focuses on regulatory guidance,industry association promotion,stimulating market potential,creating new scenarios and business models,and addressing consumer demand orientation.It proposes strategies to improve basic research on probiotics,enhance production quality,and strengthen evidence-based research on finished products,aiming to provide references for promoting the high-quality development of China's probiotics industry.
