摘 要:采用熔融共混和超临界二氧化碳(scCO_(2))发泡技术,分别制备了具有优异导电能力和电磁干扰屏蔽性能(EMI SE)的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)/碳纳米管(CNTs)/四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))复合材料及其双峰泡沫。研究了2种填料复配比例及含量变化对ABS复合材料及其双峰泡沫的发泡性能、导电性能、介电性能和EMI SE的影响。实验结果表明,随着CNTs和Fe_(3)O_(4)含量逐渐增加,ABS双峰泡沫的平均泡孔尺寸逐渐减小,泡孔密度逐渐增加。其中,平均大泡孔尺寸从283.54μm减小至70.79μm,平均小泡孔则从11.89μm减小至7.19μm;而大泡孔的泡孔密度从2.88×10^(4)个/cm^(3)增加到2.51×10^(6)个/cm^(3),小泡孔的泡孔密度则从2.18×10^(8)个/cm^(3)增加到1.12×10^(9)个/cm^(3)。同时,ABS复合材料的电导率也从0.3041 S/cm增加至1.3608 S/cm,总EMI SE由28.65 d B提高到43.05 d B。发泡后,ABS双峰泡沫电导率从0.0027 S/cm增加至0.0654 S/cm,总EMI SE从10.89 d B提高至21.08 d B。ABS复合材料及其双峰泡沫的比电磁屏蔽效能(SSE)最高可达41.33 d B/(g·cm^(-3))。In this study,acrylonitrile⁃butadiene⁃styrene(ABS)/carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/ferriferous oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))composite and its bimodal foams with excellent conductivity and electromagnetic interference shielding(EMI SE)were prepared by melt blending and supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technique,respectively.The effects of the mixture ra⁃tio and content of the two fillers on the foaming properties,electrical conductivity,dielectric properties and EMI SE of ABS composites and bimodal foams were studied.The experimental results indicated that the average cell size of ABS bimodal foams decreased with the gradual increase of CNTs and Fe_(3)O_(4) contents,the average large cell size descended from 283.54μm to 70.79μm,and the average small cell size declined from 11.89μm to 7.19μm.While the cell densi⁃ty of large cells in ABS bimodal foams went from 2.88×10^(4) cell/cm^(3) to 2.51×10^(6) cell/cm^(3) and the cell density of small cells increased from 2.18×10^(8) cell/cm^(3) to 1.12×10^(9) cell/cm^(3).The electrical conductivity of ABS composites boosted from 0.3041 S/cm to 1.3608 S/cm,and the total EMI SE increased from 28.65 dB to 43.05 dB with the gradual in⁃crease of CNTs and Fe_(3)O_(4) contents.After foaming,the electrical conductivity of ABS bimodal foams augmented from 0.0027 S/cm to 0.0654 S/cm,and the total EMI SE increased from 10.89 dB to 21.08 dB.The maximum specific electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of ABS composite and its bimodal foams was 41.33 dB/(g·cm^(-3)).
