摘　　要：猫冠状病毒病是由猫冠状病毒(feline coronavirus,FCoV)感染引起的一种以上呼吸道、肠道和胸腹膜炎症为主的猫传染性疾病,主要通过粪口途径传播,在全世界均有流行,目前无有效疫苗和特效治疗药物。其中由猫传染性腹膜炎病毒引发的猫传染性腹膜炎致死率极高,且不易诊断和预防,已成为病死率最高的猫病毒性疾病之一。猫冠状病毒病的临床诊断和大部分实验室检测技术均不具有特异性,对于区分猫肠道冠状病毒和猫传染性腹膜炎病毒感染还存在一些困难。目前,基于PCR技术的RT-PCR和RT-qPCR特异性相对较高,RT-LAMP和RT-RAA等新技术的开发和应用可逐步填补临床快速检测的空白。本文通过对猫冠状病毒病诊断技术研究进展进行综述,以期为建立猫冠状病毒病快速诊断方法和制定诊断技术标准奠定基础。Feline coronavirus disease is a feline infectious disease caused by feline coronavirus(FCoV)with main symptoms of upper respiratory tract inflammation,intestinal tract inflammation and thoracic peritonitis,mainly spreads through fecal-oral route,and is prevalent all over the world,but there has been no effective vaccines or specific therapeutic drugs.Feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)caused by feline infectious peritonitis virus(FIPV)is one of the feline viral diseases with the highest mortality rate due to its extremely high lethality and difficulties in diagnosis and prevention.It is still difficult to distinguish the feline enteric coronavirus(FECV)and FIPV by the techniques of clinical diagnosis and most laboratory testing due to their lack of specificity.RT-LAMP,RT-RAA and other new techniques could gradually make up the gap of rapid clinical detection,although RT-PCR and RT-qPCR based on PCR have relative high specificity.Here,the research progress of diagnostic techniques for FCoV was reviewed,with a view to laying a foundation for the development of rapid diagnostic methods for FCoV and formulation of diagnostic technical standards.
