公立医院检查检验结果互认的浙江实践

摘　　要：公立医院检查检验结果互认有利于提高医疗机构运行效率,促进医疗资源合理利用,减轻人民群众就医负担。浙江省人民医院在高质量发展背景下,着力推进检查检验结果互认工作:建立互认领导小组与工作专班,理顺互认流程,并采用全流程数字化平台,实现质量管理闭环;优化考核激励,有效提高了参与互认项目数和医患满意度,可以为其他医院参与检查检验结果互认提供有益参考。Mutual recognition of inspection results in public hospitals is conducive to improving the operational efficiency of medical institutions,promoting the rational use of medical resources,and reducing the burden of people's medical care.In the context of high-quality development,mutual recognition of inspection results has been vigorously promoted in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital,including establishing the leading group and work team for mutual recognition,rationalizing the mutual recognition process,and using the whole process of digital platforms to implement a closed-loop quality management system,optimizing the assessment of incentives,and effectively improving the number of mutual recognition projects and the satisfaction of doctors and patients,which can provide a useful reference for other hospitals to participate in mutual recognition of inspection results.
