摘  要:目的:探索公立医院护理绩效考核方案。方法:以常州市第二人民医院为例,比较基于护理时数和RBRVS的两种护理绩效模型在医院应用的差异。结果:两种绩效模型的侧重点存有差异,基于RBRVS的护理绩效模型更能体现护理工作价值,但两种绩效模型对医院公益性的体现都较少。结论:公立医院的绩效考核应以健康质量结果为导向,注重诊疗结局及患者满意度,不仅要体现护理风险及操作难度,更要体现公立医院的公益性。Objective To explore the nursing performance appraisal program in public hospitals.Methods Taking Changzhou Second People's Hospital as an example,the differences in the application of two nursing performance models in the hospital based on nursing hours and RBRVS were compared.Results There were differences in the focus of the two performance models,and the nursing performance model based on RBRVS better reflected the value of nursing work,but both performance models reflected less of the public welfare of the hospital.Conclusion In the nursing performance appraisal of public hospitals,it is necessary to be oriented to the quality of health outcomes,focus on diagnosis and treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction,and reflect not only nursing risks and operational difficulties,but also the public welfare of public hospitals.
