摘　　要：医疗风险管理是医院医疗质量和安全管理的核心内容之一。当前,以医务人员主动上报为主的风险识别效果不理想。随着人工智能(AI)技术的发展,将其与医疗风险管理有机结合,建设AI数字管理系统,有助于实现对医疗质量控制各环节的实时、动态、有序管理,使医疗风险管理由终末式管理转向环节管理,从而提高医疗质量和安全管理的效率和效能,促进医院高质量发展。Medical risk management is one of the core contents of medical quality and safety management in hospitals.Currently,the risk identification effect mainly based on active reporting by medical staff is not satisfactory.With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,it is necessary to combine it organically with medical risk management,construct AI digital management system,which can help to realize real-time,dynamic and orderly management of all aspects of medical quality control,so that medical risk management can be shifted from terminal management to link management.It can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical quality and safety management,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
