多院区一体化视角下的公立医院审计整改工作路径探索

摘　　要：针对多院区医院审计整改中存在的责任主体不清、协调推进不畅、质量标准不一、信息化支撑力度不足等问题,样本医院积极探索构建了一体化视角下的审计整改工作路径,包括建立一体化的审计管理组织架构、健全贯通的审计整改责任体系、完善同质的审计整改制度、强化协同的审计整改工作机制、上线统一的审计整改流程等,取得了良好的工作成效,使审计整改管理持续向好、审计整改流程不断规范、审计整改质效明显提升,对提高医院精细化管理水平、完善医院监督治理体系具有重要作用。In response to the problems of unclear responsible parties,poor coordination and promotion,inconsistent quality standards,and insufficient information technology support in the audit rectification of hospitals with multi-campus,the sample hospital actively explores and constructs an audit rectification work path from the perspective of multi-campus integration,including establishing an integrated audit management organization structure,improving and connecting the audit rectification responsibility system,perfecting the homogeneous audit rectification system,strengthening the collaborative audit rectification work mechanism,and launching a unified audit rectification process.The practices have achieved good work results,leading to continuous improvement in audit rectification management,standardization of audit rectification processes,and significant improvement in the quality and efficiency of audit rectification.These play an important role in improving the level of hospital refined management and perfecting the hospital supervision and governance system.
