摘　　要：马克思从历史唯物主义出发,揭示了资本主义生产资料私有制下的公平观具有虚假性和欺骗性,权利公平、机会公平、规则公平在资本主义社会对于无产阶级都是缺失的,无产阶级只有推翻资产阶级统治,建立无产阶级专政的政权才能实现自己的公平。公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求,在社会主义生产资料公有制基础上,我国逐步建立以权利公平、机会公平、规则公平为主要内容的社会公平保障体系。我国的权利公平是指法律对所有公民权利的无差别、无歧视、无偏袒、无障碍的同等、平等、对等的保障和维护;机会公平是指社会创新创造、发展前进、收获贡献的机会向所有成员无差别的开放;规则公平是任何人在规则面前都是平等的而不享受优待或遭受歧视。From the perspective of historical materialism,Marx and Engels reveal that the equity view under the private ownership of the means of production in capitalism shows the features of falsity and deceptive.The equities for right,chance and regulation in a capitalist society for the proletariat is missing.Only by overthrowing the rule of the bourgeoisie,establishing the socialism and even achieving the communism,can the proletariats realize their own fairness.Fairness and justice are inherent requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of socialist public ownership of the means of production,China has gradually established a social equity guarantee system with equal right,equal opportunity and fair rule as its main contents.The right equity in China refers to the equal protection and maintenance of all citizens’rights by law without difference,discrimination,partiality and barrier.Opportunity equity means that the opportunities for social innovation,development and contribution are open to all members without discrimination.Rule equity indicates that everyone is equal when facing the rules without preferential treatment or discrimination.
