摘　　要：国家是文明社会的概括,国家的诞生是人类文明进步的重大标志。国家是历史的产物,是不同族群基于历史文化认同、价值共识之上的命运共同体;国家是区域的聚合,现代国家超越一般地域、血缘和族群,是一致性与多样性相统一的文明共同体;伴随现代国家建构的成功转型、国家治理现代化的大力推进,国家的全民性、权力的人民性、监督的有效性、发展的全面性日益凸显,对领土内族群、居民(国民)实行无差别强制和平等保护,成为国家的制度常态。民族是历史的共同体,民族问题是社会革命总问题的一部分;在社会主义国家,各民族实现民族平等后,历史的发展趋势必然是走向民族融合。铸牢中华民族共同体意识的科学论断,坚守马克思主义经典作家的理论本源,植根于中华大一统历史传统,赓续我们党在民族问题上的一贯主张,巩固和拓展了中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路,是马克思主义国家学说同中国统一多民族国家具体实际相结合、同中国优秀传统文化相结合的重大原创性成果,具有深刻的理论逻辑,蕴涵着深邃的哲学智慧,为新时代新征程中华民族共同体建设提供了科学指引。铸牢中华民族共同体意识为中国式现代化聚力,全面依法治国为中国式现代化赋能,并为铸牢中华民族共同体意识指明基本法治路径。The state is a generalization of civilized society,and its emergence is a major milestone in the progress of human civilization.The state is a historical product,a community formed on the basis of historical and cultural identity and shared values among different ethnic groups;it is also an aggregation of regions,where the modern state transcends traditional boundaries of territory,bloodline,and ethnicity to become a civilized community with both unity and diversity.With the successful transformation of modern state construction and the vigorous promotion of the modernization of national governance,the universal share of the state,people's share of power,the effectiveness of supervision,and the comprehensiveness of development have become increasingly prominent.The state’s enforcement of coercion and equal protection for ethnic groups and inhabitants within its territory have become institutional norms.Ethnic groups are historical communities,and ethnic issues are part of the overall problems of social revolution.In socialist countries,after achieving ethnic equality,the historical trend is inevitably ethnic integration.The scientific assertion of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation adheres to the theoretical origin of Marxist classical writers and is rooted in the historical tradition of Chinese unification.It continues the Party’s consistent stance on ethnic issues,consolidates and expands the correct path of resolving ethnic issues with Chinese characteristics.This assertion represents a significant original achievement that combines Marxist national theory with the specific realities of China's multi-ethnic state and its excellent traditional culture.It possesses profound theoretical logic and deep philosophical wisdom,providing scientific guidance for the construction of the community of the Chinese nation in the new era and on the new journey.Consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation focuses on Chinese path to modernization,while comprehensive law-base
