摘　　要：法国民族事务可分为国家民族建构与国内族际关系治理两个层面。在国家民族建构层面,有“民族主权”“一个且不可分”“共和国的语言是法语”等宪法原则予以规制;在国内族际关系治理层面,则有《反种族主义法》《强化尊重共和国原则法》等多部法律予以调节。法国在民族事务治理方面重视法律调整,有适合本国的内容和特点,也有经验教训,对“民族事务”内涵需要进一步展开理论思考。French ethnic affairs encompass two primary dimensions:state-nation construction and domestic inter-ethnic relations governance.In the realm of state-nation construction,constitutional principles such as“ethnic sovereignty”,“one and indivisible”,and“French as the language of the Republic”provide regulatory frameworks.For the governance of domestic inter-ethnic relations within the country,laws such as the Anti-Racism Law and the Law on Strengthening Respect for Republican Principles play a regulatory role.This article presents a comprehensive overview of the legal provisions and content characteristics of French ethnic affairs governance,while also reflecting on the advantages and lessons,emphasizing the need for further theoretical contemplation of the concept of“ethnic affairs”.
