摘　　要：中国式乡村发展的实践路径在于:政府主导,规划引领;产业驱动,发展经济;制度建设,法治乡村。中国式乡村发展的成功经验是:坚持党的领导,发挥党的思想政治优势;坚持与时俱进,不同时期完成当时的发展任务和目标;坚持村民的主体地位,尊重村民的首创精神;重视发展经济,改善乡村村民的生活;坚持制度建设,推动乡村治理法治化。中国式乡村发展成就显著,是一种成功实践的全新乡村社会发展模式,以发展为路径、以共同富裕为目标,走出了一条适合国情的社会发展道路,创造了人类社会现代化的新形态,从根本上超越了西方经济发达国家的发展制度及福利济贫社会政策模式,具有明显的制度优越性,显示新型举国体制的力量。中国式乡村发展,坚持公平正义的价值取向,显示中国式现代化的制度正义,区别于西方经济发达国家的少数人政治和以资本为中心的制度逻辑。The practical path of Chinese-style rural development lies in government-led planning guidance,industry-driven economic development,systematic rural governance based on the rule of law.The successful experience of Chinese-style rural development includes the following:adhering to the leadership of the Party and leveraging its ideological and political advantages;keeping up with the times and fulfilling development tasks and goals in different periods;emphasizing the principal position of villagers and respecting their initiative;prioritizing economic development to improve the lives of rural villagers;strengthening system construction to promote the legalization of rural governance.Chinese-style rural development has achieved remarkable achievements,representing a new model of rural social development through successful practice.Focusing on development as the path and common prosperity as the goal,it has forged a social development path suited to China’s national conditions,created a new form of human social modernization,fundamentally surpassed the development systems and welfare policies of Western economically developed countries,demonstrated clear institutional advantages,and showcased the strength of the new whole-of-nation system.Chinese-style rural development adheres to the value orientation of fairness and justice,reflecting the institutional justice of Chinese-style modernization and distinguishing it from the politics of the minority and the capital-centric institutional logic of Western economically developed countries.
