摘 要:活性粉末混凝土(reactive powder concrete, RPC)中引入高吸水性树脂(super absorbent polymer, SAP)可减少混凝土收缩。为研究高吸水性树脂对活性粉末混凝土性能的影响,开展混凝土性能的室内试验,比较分析了SAP的掺量、掺加方式、额外引水量对RPC流动性、强度、收缩以及抗氯离子渗透性的影响。结果表明:干燥的SAP会大幅度降低RPC的流动度,适当的额外引水量能够维持良好的流动性;SAP会降低RPC的强度、收缩,并且程度随着掺量和额外引水量的增加而提升,但氯离子扩散系数呈现先降低后增大的趋势;使用预吸水SAP能够使RPC实现更好的综合性能,0.4%的SAP与0.46总水胶比能够实现最小化强度损失与最优化的减缩抗渗性能,使收缩降低了29%,并且使氯离子渗透系数提升19.62%。Super absorbent polymer(SAP)was introduced in reactive powder concrete(RPC)to reduce shrinkage.In this paper,in order to investigate the effect of SAP on the properties of RPC,indoor experiments on the properties of RPC were carried out to compare and analyze the effects of dosage,mixing method,and extra water of SAP on the fluidity,strength,shrinkage,and chlorine ion permeability of RPC.The results showed that the dry SAP reduced the fluidity of RPC significantly,and the appropriate amount of extra water was able to maintain the available fluidity.Furthermore,SAP reduced the strength and shrinkage of RPC to a degree that increased with the increase of the dosage and the amount of extra water,but the diffusion coefficient of chlorine ions showed a tendency to decrease first and then increase.The use of pre-absorbed SAP resulted in better overall performance of RPC with minimized strength loss and optimized shrinkage and impermeability,achieving a 29%reduction in shrinkage and 19.62%decrease in chloride permeability coefficient by 0.4%SAP with 0.46 total water-cement ratio.
