摘　　要：目的考察感冒清热颗粒挥发油暂存期间质量稳定性。方法将存储感冒清热颗粒挥发油的棕色磨口瓶暂存于工作温度为0~4℃的装配式冷库,以胡薄荷酮为关键质量属性,通过气相色谱法(GC)测定不同存储时间点的感冒清热颗粒挥发油,考察其稳定性。结果通过对感冒清热颗粒挥发油开展为期20 d的稳定性考察,结果表明两批次挥发油中胡薄荷酮含量10 d之内变化幅度在5%以内,从有效成分含量变化角度来说,在0~4℃条件下存储,挥发油质量稳定。结论合适的暂存条件能够保证挥发油质量稳定。Objective To investigate the quality stability of volatile oil from Ganmao Qingre Granules during the temporary storage period.Methods The brown ground glass bottle storing the volatile oil of Ganmao Qingre Granules was temporarily stored in a assembled cold storage with a working temperature of 0~4℃,with menthone as the key quality attribute.The volatile oil of Ganmao Qingre Granules at different storage time points was determined by GC to investigate its stability.Results Through a 20 day stability study on the volatile oil of Ganmao Qingre Granules,the results showed that the content of menthone in the two batches of volatile oil varied within 5%in 10 days.From the perspective of changes in active ingredient content,the volatile oil was stored at 0~4℃and the quality of the volatile oil was stable.Conclusion Appropriate temporary storage conditions can ensure stable quality of volatile oil.
