摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)又叫猪蓝耳病,是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的给养猪行业带来严重危害的高度接触性传染病。主要引起繁殖母猪繁殖障碍以及仔猪的呼吸道症状。国内外许多学者对PRRS开展了相关研究,本文从PRRSV的病原学特征、基因组结构与功能、疫苗创制和疫病防控等方面进行综述,旨在为PRRSV的进一步研究以及制定相应的防控策略提供参考。Pick porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is a highly contagious disease caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).It mainly causes reproductive disorders in breeding sows and respiratory symptoms in piglets.Many researchers at home and abroad have carried out relevant research on PRRSV.This paper reviews the etiology characteristics,genome structure and function,vaccine creation and epidemic prevention and control of PRRSV.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the further study of PRRSV and the development of corresponding prevention and control strategies.
