摘 要:肋骨骨折是最常见的胸部外伤性疾病,对于部分严重的患者,需要通过外科手术植入内固定材料以重建肋骨的稳定性。临床所使用的肋骨内固定材料大多不可吸收,部分患者会因为术后体内异物滞留而产生胸部不适感或心理焦虑,需要二次手术将其取出,从而显著增加患者的痛苦及就医成本。可降解的肋骨内固定材料由于植入后会被机体逐步降解吸收,能有效解决上述问题。然而,目前临床获批使用的可降解材料适应证较窄,二次手术的问题仍未得到全面解决。经表面涂层处理的镁合金材料在诸多可降解材料中显示出巨大的优势,有望成为肋骨骨折的首选内固定材料。Rib fracture is the most common chest trauma disease,and for some severe cases,surgical implantation of internal fixation materials is necessary to reconstruct the stability of the ribs.Most of the rib internal fixation materials used in clinical practice are non-absorbable,and some patients may experience chest discomfort or psychological anxiety due to foreign body retention after surgery,requiring a second surgery to remove them,significantly increasing the patient pain and medical costs.Biodegradable rib internal fixation materials can effectively solve the above problems due to their gradual degradation and absorption by the body after implantation.However,the indications for biodegradable materials currently approved for clinical use are relatively narrow,and the issue of secondary surgery has not been fully resolved.Magnesium alloy materials treated with surface coatings have shown significant advantages among many biodegradable materials and are expected to become the preferred internal fixation materials for rib fractures.
