摘  要:微针在最近几十年间得到迅速发展,并在透皮给药等领域有了广泛的研究和应用。近年来,伴随微电子技术的兴起和发展,微针电极监测技术在生物医学、环境监测、化学分析等领域的应用越来越受到人们关注,尤其是在生物医学领域的研究应用得到了很大发展。微针电极监测是在微纳米尺度上进行的电化学检测技术,通过不同材料制备微针电极在人体间质液中对血糖、乳酸、pH值等生理信号进行实时监测,并因其具有高灵敏度、低噪声、高时空分辨率、微创无痛等优点,在生物医学领域显现出广阔的应用前景。Microneedling has developed rapidly in recent decades and has been widely used in the field of transdermal drug delivery.In recent years,with the rise and development of microelectronic technology,the application of microneedle electrode monitoring technology in biomedicine,environmental monitoring,chemical analysis and other fields has attracted more and more attention,especially in the field of biomedicine.Microneedle electrode monitoring is an electrochemical detection technology carried out at the micro nano scale,which can detect physiological signals such as blood glucose,lactate and pH value in the human interstitial fluid in real time by preparing microneedle electrodes from different materials,and because of its advantages of high sensitivity,low noise,high spatiotemporal resolution,minimally invasive and painless,etc.,it has shown a broad prospect for application prospects in the biomedicine field.
