摘　　要：目的探讨岛状皮瓣联合藻酸盐敷料对毁损性手外伤患者皮肤缺损修复的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年2月上饶市立医院收治的70例毁损性手外伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组采取岛状皮瓣修复治疗,研究组在此基础上采用藻酸盐敷料治疗。比较两组临床疗效、创面肉芽性质评分、肉芽生长覆盖创面评分、住院时间及手部恢复时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组创面肉芽性质评分及肉芽生长覆盖创面评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组肉芽性质评分及肉芽生长覆盖创面评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间及手部恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岛状皮瓣联合藻酸盐敷料对毁损性手外伤患者皮肤缺损修复效果良好,可缩短住院时间,加快患者伤口创面愈合,且减少并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of island flap combined with alginate dressing on skin defect repair in patients with disfig-urement hand trauma.Methods A total of 70 patients with disfigurement hand trauma admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random num-ber table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with island flap repair,and the study group was treated with alginate dressing on this basis.The clinical efficacy,wound granulation property score,the wound granulation growth covering score,hospitalization time and hand recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the wound granulation property score and the wound granulation growth covering score between the two groups;after treatment,the wound granulation property score and the wound granulation growth covering score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and hand recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Island flap combined with alginate dressing has good effect on skin defect repair in patients with disfigurement hand trauma,can shorten hospital stay,accelerate wound healing and reduce the inci-dence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
