弹力套疗法联合芭克硅树脂凝胶在增生性瘢痕CO_(2)激光治疗后创面修复的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨弹力套疗法联合芭克硅树脂凝胶在增生性瘢痕点阵二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光治疗后创面修复的效果及安全性。方法选取2020年8月至2021年12月于九江市第一人民医院行点阵CO_(2)激光治疗的80例增生性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用芭克硅树脂凝胶治疗,观察组在此基础上联合弹力套疗法治疗。比较两组创面愈合时间、瘢痕情况、临床疗效及色素沉着、不良反应发生率。结果观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组柔软度、血管分布、厚度、色泽评分及总评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后3个月,两组柔软度、血管分布、厚度、色泽评分及总评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组色素沉着发生率、不良反应总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对增生性瘢痕CO_(2)激光治疗后创面,采用弹力套疗法联合芭克硅树脂凝胶治疗效果显著,能减少色素沉着,加速愈合进程,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of elastic sleeve therapy plus Barker silicone gel(BQ)in wound healing after hyper-trophic scars treated with carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser.Methods 80 patients with hypertrophic scar treated with dot matrix CO_(2) laser in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the ob-servation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Barker silicone gel,and the observation group was treated with elastic sleeve therapy on this basis.The wound healing time,scar condition,clinical efficacy,pigmentation and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in softness,vascular distribution,thickness,color score and total score;at 3 months after treatment,the softness,vascular distribution,thickness,color score and total score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pigmentation and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the wounds of hypertrophic scar treated with CO_(2) laser,the elastic sleeve therapy combined with bak silicone gel is effective,which can reduce pigmentation and ac-celerate the healing process,and has high safety.
