摘  要:目的探讨CT血管成像(CTA)联合数字减影血管成像(DSA)检查在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术前诊断评估中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月至2022年5月于抚州市第一人民医院行颅内动脉瘤手术的80例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均分别接受CTA和DSA检查。比较CTA检查与CTA联合DSA检查方式的肿瘤检出率、动脉瘤分布、瘤体直径及瘤颈宽度。结果80例颅内动脉瘤患者手术病理检查结果,颈内动脉后交通动脉瘤18例、大脑前动脉瘤15例、前交通动脉瘤20例、大脑中动脉瘤10例、小脑上动脉瘤12例、小脑下动脉瘤5例。共92枚动脉瘤,颈内动脉后交通动脉20枚、大脑前动脉16枚、前交通动脉25枚、大脑中动脉10枚、小脑上动脉15枚、小脑下动脉6枚。CTA联合DSA检查检出率高于CTA检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CTA联合DSA检查检出瘤体分布数量多于CTA检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CTA联合DSA检查与CTA检查瘤颈宽度与瘤体直径比较差异无统计学意义。结论颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术前予以CTA联合DSA检查能准确检测动脉瘤数量和定位肿瘤位置,可为介入治疗提供更精准的影像学结果,对疾病诊断评估和患者的康复具有重要意义。Objective To explore the application value of CT angiography(CTA)combined with digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in pre-operative diagnosis and evaluation of intracranial aneurysms undergoing interventional treatment.Methods 80 patients who underwent intracranial aneurysm surgery in the the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from August 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,all patients un-derwent CTA and DSA examinations respectively.The tumor detection rate,aneurysm distribution,tumor diameter and neck width of CTA and CTA combined with DSA were compared.Results The results of surgical and pathological examination of 80 patients with intracranial aneurysms,there were 18 cases of posterior communicating artery aneurysms,15 cases of anterior cerebral aneurysms,20 cases of anterior communicating artery aneu-rysms,10 cases of middle cerebral aneurysms,12 cases of superior cerebellar aneurysms and 5 cases of inferior cerebellar aneurysms.There were 92 aneurysms,including 20 posterior communicating artery aneurysms,16 anterior cerebral artery aneurysms,25 anterior communicating artery aneu-rysms,10 middle cerebral artery aneurysms,15 superior cerebellar artery aneurysms and 6 inferior cerebellar artery aneurysms.The detection rate of CTA combined with DSA was higher than that of CTA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of tumor distribution de-tected by CTA combined with DSA was more than that by CTA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in tumor neck width and tumor diameter between CTA combined with DSA and CTA.Conclusion CTA combined with DSA examination be-fore interventional therapy of intracranial aneurysms can accurately detect the number of aneurysms and locate the location of tumors,provide more accurate imaging results for interventional therapy,and have high significance for disease diagnosis and evaluation and rehabilitation of patients.
