摘 要:随着我国“双碳”目标的提出,建筑能效测评作为检测节能政策和措施是否落实到位的重要工具,被提到新的高度。我国虽然自2008年起就已推行民用建筑能效测评技术,但截至目前仍面临测评样本数量少、测评方法复杂、地区发展不平衡等问题,致使我国能效测评工作未能广泛开展。文章选取中、美、英三国建筑能效测评标准,分别从发展历程、测评对象、管理体系、测评方法和内容、测评结果等方面进行对比,通过分析和讨论其优劣势为我国建筑能效测评优化提出建议。With the proposed of China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,building energy efficiency evaluation has been raised to a new height as an important tool to detect whether energy-saving policies and measures are in place.Although China has implemented energy efficiency assessment technology for civil buildings since 2008,it still faces problems such as small number of assessment samples,complex assessment methods and unbalanced regional development,which result in the failure to carry out energy efficiency assessment work widely.This paper compares building energy efficiency evaluation standard in China,America and England from the aspects of development history,assessment objects,management system,assessment methods and contents,and assessment results.Through analyzing and discussing their advantages and disadvantages,some suggestions are proposed for the standardization of China's building energy efficiency evaluation.
