摘　　要：城市作为人类文明和经济发展的重要舞台,面临着众多挑战,包括但不限于环境污染、资源紧张和社会不平等等。在此背景下如何实现可持续发展成为全球性的问题。绿色经济和智慧生态城市规划提供了一种新的视角和方法。绿色经济强调在经济增长和环境保护之间找到平衡,而智慧生态城市规划则着重于通过高度集成的信息技术来提高城市运行的效率和可持续性。本研究以这两个重要理念为基础,旨在提出一种全面而务实的城市规划模型。As an important stage for human civilization and economic development,cities are facing many challenges,including but not limited to environmental pollution,resource tension and social inequality.How to achieve sustainable development in this context has become a global problem.Green economy and smart eco-city planning provides a new perspective and method.Green economy emphasizes finding a balance between economic growth and environmental protection,while smart eco-city planning focuses on improving the efficiency and sustainability of urban operation through highly integrated information technology.Based on these two important ideas,this study aims to propose a comprehensive and pragmatic model of urban planning.
