基于街景图像的商业街道空间品质测度

摘　　要：高品质的街道空间对建设活力、可持续的城市具有重要意义。文章以区域性中心城市——焦作市为例,从外在表征和客观物质空间两方面建立商业街道空间品质的评价指标体系,采用Person相关系数探究城市商业街道空间品质的影响因素,研究发现:(1)商业街道内的人流量在工作日和休息日有着不同的时空变化规律。(2)城市街道空间品质的外在表征与街道的绿视率和界面围合度等客观物质空间要素之间具有显著联系。(3)街道绿化既具备美化街道空间的功能,还能有效提升街道界面围合度。High-quality street spaces are important for building vibrant and sustainable cities.Taking the regional central city of Jiaozuo City as an example,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the spatial quality of commercial streets from the aspects of external characteristics and objective material space,and uses the person correlation coefficient to explore the influencing factors of urban commercial street spatial quality,and it is found that:(1)The flow of people in commercial streets has different temporal and spatial changes on weekdays and rest days.(2)There is a significant relationship between the external characterization of the spatial quality of urban streets and the objective material spatial elements such as the green viewing rate and interface enclosure of the street.(3)Street greening not only has the function of beautifying the street space,but also effectively improves the enclosure of the street interface.
