摘 要:受建设年代、空间布局及人口密度等多种因素影响,老旧社区在紧急情况下的疏散能力往往不足。文章以大连市香炉礁街道的老旧社区为例,从应急避难所的分布和可达性两方面对其疏散能力进行评估。首先,确定应急避难场所的实际容量半径,并运用ArcGIS进行缓冲区分析以评估避难场所的分布合理性;其次,使用DepthmapX软件建立路网线段模型,并计算全局和局部整合度指标,以评估避难场所的可达性。根据分析结果,对该区域的应急疏散能力进行了评价,并提出优化建议。Due to factors such as the age of construction,spatial layout,and population density,the evacuation capacity of old communities is often insufficient in emergencies.This study takes the old community of Xianglu Jiao Street in Dalian as an example,assessing its evacuation capacity from the distribution and accessibility of emergency shelters.Firstly,the actual capacity radius of emergency shelters was determined,and ArcGIS was used for buffer zone analysis to assess the rationality of shelter distribution.Then,the DepthmapX software was used to create a road network segment model,and global and local integration indices were calculated to evaluate the accessibility of shelters.Based on the analysis results,the emergency evacuation capacity of the area was evaluated,and suggestions for improvement were proposed.
