摘 要:在国家层面重视老旧工业片区人居环境的大背景下,构建对老旧工业片区街道的系统评价与探寻片区有机更新方法逐渐成为行业热点。文章以哈尔滨国营香坊木材厂为例,从游憩环境、街道功能、视觉环境三个维度出发,综合SDNA、ArcGIS测算、语义分割等数据收集与处理方法,对香木厂15分钟生活圈街区道路环境与街道功能进行综合评价并构建有机更新策略。研究表明,香木厂15分钟生活圈内不同类型生活空间的街道整合度、穿行度差异较大,街道功能分配不均,整个街区视觉环境均处于中下等水平,亟须优化与有机更新。Under the background of national attention to the living environment of old industrial areas,constructing the street system evaluation and exploring the organic renewal method of old industrial areas have gradually become a hot topic in the planning and construction industry.Taking the state-owned XiangFang Timber Factory in Harbin as an example,this paper comprehensively evaluated the road environment and street function of the 15 minutes living circle block of the XiangFang Timber Factory from three dimensions of recreation environment,street function and visual environment,combined with data collection and processing methods such as SDNA,ArcGIS calculation and semantic segmentation,and constructed an organic renewal strategy.The results show that the street integration degree and travel degree of different types of living space within the 15 minutes living circle of XiangFang Wood Factory are quite different,the street function is unevenly distributed,and the visual environment of the whole block is in the middle and lower level,which is in need of optimization and organic renewal.
