基于游客和居民需求的历史文化街区保护评价——以北京南锣鼓巷为例

摘　　要：历史文化街区承载城市记忆,营造特有的场所感和认同感,是城市历史和特色风貌的重要体现,也是城市魅力和活力的重要部分。对其最好的保护是进行活化利用,而其主要使用群体是游客和居民。因此,本文以北京南锣鼓巷历史文化街区为例,以区域内的游客和居民对于街区保护现状为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实地调研,对该历史文化街区的历史环境、交通环境、功能环境、绿化环境四个方面的生活及游览的满意度进行调研,分析历史文化街区对于游客和居民的影响。最后,基于游客和居民的需求,从历史空间、交通空间、公共空间和绿化空间四个方面提出对于历史文化街区保护的建议和优化策略。The historical and cultural blocks carry the city's memory and create a unique sense of place and identity,which is an important embodiment of the city's history and characteristics,as well as an important part of the city's charm and vitality.The best protection for it is activation and utilization,and its main user group is tourists and residents.Therefore,this paper takes the Nanluoguxiang Historical and Cultural Block in Beijing as an example,and takes the current situation of the protection of the block as the research object for tourists and residents in the region.Through questionnaires and field research,this paper investigates the satisfaction of life and sightseeing in four aspects of the historical environment,traffic environment,functional environment,and green environment of the historical and cultural block,and analyzes the impact of the historical and cultural block on tourists and residents.Finally,based on the needs of tourists and residents,suggestions and optimization strategies for the protection of historical and cultural blocks are proposed from four aspects:historical space,transportation space,public space,and green space.
