雷公藤多苷片联合羌月乳膏治疗头面部脂溢性皮炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察雷公藤多苷片联合羌月乳膏治疗对头面部脂溢性皮炎的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年8月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的头面部脂溢性皮炎患者共110例,根据治疗方法不同分成对照组与治疗组,每组55例。对照组患者采取羌月乳膏治疗。治疗组患者于对照组的基础上口服雷公藤多苷片。两组患者均予连续4周观察。比较两组脂溢性皮炎相关症状体征评分、临床效果以及皮肤生理指标。结果治疗后,两组患者相关皮损症状评分显著降低,且治疗组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的总有效率90.91%高于对照组74.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的皮肤含水量明显升高,经表皮失水量、皮脂分泌率明显减少,且治疗组患者上述指标改善更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合羌月乳膏治疗对头面部脂溢性皮炎的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者的相关症状体征及皮肤生理功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effificacy of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with Qiangyue cream in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on the face and head.Methods A total of 110 patients with seborrheic dermatitis on the face and head were admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital Affifiliated to Zhengzhou University from January of 2021 to August of 2022 and selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to different treatment methods with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qiangyue cream.The treatment group was orally treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets based on the control group.Both groups were observed for 4 weeks.Scores of symptoms and signs related to seborrheic dermatitis,therapeutic effect,and skin physiological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of related skin lesions in both groups of patients signifificantly decreased,and the decrease was more pronounced in the treatment group,with a statistically signifificant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%higher than that of the control group(74.55%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin moisture content of both groups of patients increased signifificantly,while the loss of water and sebum secretion rate through the epidermis decreased signifificantly.The above indicators improved better in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with Qiangyue cream have signifificant clinical effificacy in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on the face and head,which can effectively improve the related symptoms and signs and skin physiological function.
