摘　　要：目的探讨以毛囊去皮分离法的毛发移植治疗雄激素性脱发患者的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年4月福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院整形烧伤与创面修复科收治的雄激素性脱发患者46例,以治疗方法的不同分成研究组(n=23)与对照组(n=23),对照组患者采用传统毛发移植术,研究组患者采用以毛囊去皮分离法的毛发移植治疗,比较两组毛囊存活率、并发症。结果两组患者术后6个月毛囊存活率较术后3个月升高(P<0.05);研究组患者术后3个月、6个月较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率4.35%,低于对照组34.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以毛囊去皮分离法的毛发移植治疗雄激素性脱发患者,能够提高毛囊存活率,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effectiveness of hair transplantation using hair follicle peeling and separation method in the treatment of androgenic alopecia(AGA)patients.Methods A total of 46 AGA patients from January 2022 to April 2024 who were admitted in Department of Plastic Surgery,Burn and Wound Repair,Fuzhou First Hospital Affifiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected,and divided into the study group(n=23,hair transplantation using hair follicle peeling and separation method)and the control group(n=23,traditional hair transplantation)by different treatment methods.The hair follicle survival rate and complications in both groups were compared.Results The survival rate of hair follicles in both groups increased at 6 months after surgery compared to 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).The research group had higher postoperative outcomes at 3 and 6 months compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.35%,which was lower than that in the control group(34.78%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Hair transplantation using hair follicle peeling and separation method can improve hair follicle survival rate,and reduce the incidence of complications in AGA patients.
