以循证理论为基础的全方位护理模式在口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨探讨以循证理论为基础的全方位护理模式在口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月于南阳市口腔医院口腔颌面外科收治的口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后患者91例,均接受游离或带蒂皮瓣移植修复术,并实施以循证理论为基础的全方位护理模式。结果护理后患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前(P<0.05)。护理后患者美观度优17例,良71例,优良率为96.70%。护理后2例患者发生血肿,1例患者发生皮肤感觉异常,1例患者发生血管危象,1例患者发生皮瓣坏死,并发症发生率为5.49%。护理后患者健康调查简表评分高于护理前(P<0.05)。护理后患者非常满意59例,一般满意28例,护理满意度为95.60%。结论以循证理论为基础的全方位护理模式应用于口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后患者可有效改善其心理状态,获得较高的美观度,且并发症少、生活质量高,患者对护理的满意度高。Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing model based on evidence-based theory in patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection.Methods A total of 91 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors who were treated in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Nanyang Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected.All patients received free or pedicled flflap transplantation for repair,and the evidence-based comprehensive nursing model was implemented.Results After nursing,the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale were lower than before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,there were 17 cases of excellent aesthetics and 71 cases of good aesthetics,and the excellent and good rate was 96.70%.After nursing,hematoma occurred in 2 patients,skin paresthesia occurred in 1 patient,vascular crisis occurred in 1 patient,and flflap necrosis occurred in 1 patient.The complication rate was 5.49%.The score of SF-36 in the post nursing patient health survey was higher than before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,59 patients were very satisfified,28 were generally satisfified,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.60%.Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing model based on evidence-based theory in patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection can effectively improve their psychological state,obtain high aesthetic degree,and have fewer complications,high quality of life,and high satisfaction with nursing.
