摘　　要：目的探讨面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者实施Cameron适时理论指导下全程护理的效果。方法选取莆田市第一医院烧伤整形科2021年12月至2023年12月收治的面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者45例。采用Cameron适时理论指导下全程护理对患者进行干预,比较干预前后自我护理能力、心理韧性、瘢痕恢复情况。结果干预后自我护理能力量表评分较干预前更高(P<0.05);干预后心理韧性量表评分较干预前更高(P<0.05);45例患者中,显效25例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率为95.56%(43/45)。结论面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者采用Cameron适时理论指导下全程护理,能够提高自我护理能力,增强心理韧性,有效促进瘢痕恢复。Objective To explore the effect of using Cameron's timely theory to guide the full process nursing of scar plastic surgery patients after facial and neck burns.Methods A total of 90 patients with facial and neck burn scar plastic surgery who were admitted in Putian First Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected.All patients received full care under the guidance of Cameron's timely theory,and their self-care ability,psychological resilience,and scar recovery before and after intervention were compared.Results In comparision of the before intervention,the exercise of self-care agency scale scores of the after intervention was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the before intervention,the Connor Davidson Resilience scale scores of the after intervention was higher(P<0.05).Among 45 patients,25 showed signifificant improvement,18 were effective,and 2 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 95.56%(43/45).Conclusions Cameron's timely theoretical guidance in full process nursing for scar plastic surgery patients after facial and neck burns,which can improve their self-care ability,enhance psychological resilience,and effectively promote scar recovery.
