摘　　要：德州市积极开展“探索引入保险机制应对水利工程运行管护风险试点”工作,运用保险方式解决水利工程建设与运行风险,探索总结出一套适合水利工程特点的保险机制,推动水利部门和水管单位更加有效应对自然灾害和意外事故,使全市水利设施得到及时有效管护。In Dezhou municipality,it carried out the pilot work of"exploring the introduction of insurance mechanism to deal with the risks of water engineering operation management and protection",using insurance to solve the risks of water engineering construction and operation.It explored and summarized a set of insurance mechanism suitable for the characteristics of water engineering,and promoted the water authorities to address natural disasters and accidents more effectively.It supports the whole city's water facilities timely and effective management and protection.
