摘 要:为设计一款应用程序,用于筛查和识别低龄儿童创伤后应激障碍(Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder,PTSD),以提高其时效性、客观性和精准度,首先编制适用于4~6岁儿童的PTSD组合问卷,并将其设计成人机交互的动画模式,通过实践应用获得初始数据集;其次运用机器学习算法,如随机森林算法等筛选具有关键特征的条目,并建立儿童PTSD判断模型;最后优化应用程序,使儿童只需在前端完成简易的动画问卷,后端即可输出儿童是否存在PTSD的结论。该应用程序可用于低龄儿童群体的PTSD筛查,为进一步完善儿童PTSD的诊断和治疗提供依据。This project aims to design an application for screening and identifying post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) in young children,with the goal of improving its timeliness,objectivity,and accuracy.The design approach involves developing a PTSD questionnaire for children aged 4 and transforming it into an interactive animation mode for human-computer interaction,gathering initial data through practical application.Machine learning algorithms such as random forests are then employed to select items with key features and establish a model for diagnosing childhood PTSD.Finally,the application is optimized so that children only need to complete a simple animated questionnaire on the front end,and the back end can generate conclusions about the presence of PTSD in children.This project can be used for screening PTSD in young children and provides a basis for further improving the diagnosis and treatment of childhood PTSD.
