摘  要:A、B科技期刊编辑部人员结构、绩效管理现状相似,均存在编辑力量不足、岗位职责不明确、绩效考评指标主观等问题。基于项目人力资源管理、绩效管理的基本原则,通过遴选重要考核指标,从组织绩效、团队绩效、员工绩效3个层面构建定性与定量指标相结合的绩效管理体系,具体做法是:编辑部绩效管理遵循公开公平、客观可行、发展导向原则,在明确编辑岗位分工的基础上,结合编辑部的工作特点,与主办单位的绩效考核体系相对接,谨慎遴选定性和定量指标,构建编辑部绩效管理体系。The staff structure and current performance management of the editorial departments of sci-tech journals A and B are similar,and there are problems such as insufficient editors,unclear job responsibilities,and subjective performance evaluation indicators.Based on the basic principles of project human resource management and performance management,by selecting important assessment indicators,a performance management system combining qualitative and quantitative indicators is constructed from three levels:organizational performance,team performance and staff performance.Specific practices are as follows:the performance management of the editorial department should follow the principles of openness and fairness,objectivity and feasibility,and development orientation.On the basis of clarifying the division of posts,combined with the work characteristics of the editorial department,it should be aligned with the performance evaluation system of the host unit,carefully selecting qualitative and quantitative indicators,and constructing a performance management system for the editorial department.
