Analysis of Difficulty Elements of Top Three Men’s Individual Gymnasts of Competitive Aerobic Gymnastics at the 9th FIG World Cup in Cantanhede 2024

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法和比较分析等研究方法,对2024年第9届Cantanhede FIG世界杯竞技健美操男子单人操前3名运动员难度动作的选编、运用、完成情况与分值进行比较分析。结果显示:男子单人操前3名运动员在成套动作的编排中,难度分值主要选用0.6~1.0分作,其中0.7分、0.8分的难度选用率最高;在难度组别的选用上,B组难度动作选用率最高;男子单人操前3名运动员主要选择空中难度动作与地面难度动作进行组合衔接。The present study utilizes research methods including literature review,video analysis,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis to examine the selection,utilization,execution,and values of difficulty elements of the top three Men's Individual gymnasts of Competitive Aerobic Gymnastics at the 9th FIG World Cup in Cantanhede 2024.The findings reveal that the top three Men's Individual gymnasts primarily selected difficulty values ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 in the composition of their routines,with the highest utilization rates for difficulty values of 0.7 and 0.8.Additionally,there was a preference for the utilization of difficulty group B movements.Furthermore,the top three Men's Individual gymnasts predominantly combined and connected aerial difficulty elements with floor difficulty elements.
