摘 要:新文科改革建设背景下,要求稳步推动高等教育从传统的知识讲授向能力培养过渡。体育类专业应专注于培养复合型专业实践型人才,而当前高校体育类本科人才培养面临诸多困境,亟需推进教育教学改革,厘清人才培养路径。PBL项目式教学能有效融合理论课程学习,结合专项实践实现知识转化,增强学生主观能动性,实现系统学习目标。本文以体育类本科理论课教学改革为切入点,通过引入PBL项目式教学,探索构建体育类本科人才培养的全过程教学体系,关注跨学科知识学习及转化能力的有效培育,切实提高学生实践能力和知识掌握能力,培养高质量复合型的体育类人才。Under the context of the reform and construction of new liberal arts,there is a demand for a steady transition in higher education from traditional knowledge-based teaching to skill development.Sports-related majors should emphasize the cultivation of versatile and practical talents.However,the current challenges faced in the cultivation of undergraduate sports talent in universities necessitate urgent educational and teaching reforms to clarify talent development pathways.Project-Based Learning(PBL) can effectively integrate theoretical course learning,combine specialized practice,and achieve knowledge transformation,thereby enhancing students' subjective initiative and reaching systematic learning objectives.This study focuses on the reform of theoretical courses in undergraduate sports education and,through the introduction of PBL,aims to explore the establishment of a comprehensive teaching system for cultivating undergraduate sports talent.The emphasis is on effectively cultivating interdisciplinary knowledge learning and transformation capabilities,improving students' practical and knowledge mastery abilities,and ultimately aiming to cultivate high-quality,versatile sports talents.
