摘 要:目的:探讨加压训练对肌肉结构、功能、硬度的影响及利用MyotonPRO检测仪评估排球专项学生上肢肌肉开展加压训练的价值。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,将22名哈尔滨体育学院排球专项的学生随机分为加压组和对照组进行对比实验研究。结果:时间对肱二头肌硬度、肱三头肌肌肉硬度、上臂肌肉围度、握力、肌肉疼痛程度(VAS)主效应存在显著差异(P<0.05);时间和组别交互效应对肱二头肌肌肉硬度、上臂肌肉围度、握力、VAS有显著性影响(P<0.05,F=8.292)。结论:与传统抗阻训练相比,加压训练对肌肉结构、功能及肌肉硬度影响更大、持续时间更长。OBJECTIVE:The present study aims to investigate the effects of pressure training on muscle structure,function,and hardness,and to assess the utility of MyotonPRO in evaluating the upper limb muscle status of volleyball specialized students.METHODS:Employing research methods such as literature review,experimental analysis,and statistical analysis,22 students specializing in volleyball at Harbin Sport University were randomly assigned to either a pressure training group or a control group for comparative experimental research.RESULTS:Significant main effects of time were observed for biceps brachii muscle hardness,triceps brachii muscle hardness,upper arm muscle circumference,grip strength,and degree of muscle pain by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)(P<0.05).Moreover,significant interaction effects of time and group were found to influence biceps brachii muscle hardness,upper arm muscle circumference,grip strength,and VAS(P<0.05,F=8.292).CONCLUSION:In comparison to traditional resistance training,pressure training demonstrates a more substantial and enduring impact on muscle structure,function,and hardness.
