摘 要:从管理层面、技术装备研发层面阐述能源精细管理手段和节电手段:管理层面,从运营的角度探讨节电管理方法;技术装备层面,从电气装备入手对装备技术进行升级改造,二者均有一定的效果。在钢铁冶金行业,智能制造正在不断发展,原有的管理手段落实不到位,可通过现场信号采集、规则清单梳理、超限报警输出来对停机节电管理制度落实情况进行全方位的自动监测。通过研究面向宽厚板的停机节电制度执行情况自动监测方法,在能源精细化管理的基础上,通过制定用电设备停机停电制度,并对制度的执行情况进行自动监督与评价,对进一步降低企业电耗具有切实利益。Elaborate on refined energy management methods and energy-saving measures from the perspectives of management and technological equipment research and development.On the management level,explore energy-saving management methods from an operational perspective.At the level of technical equipment,starting from electrical equipment,upgrading and transforming equipment technology has achieved certain results.In the steel and metallurgical industry,intelligent manufacturing is constantly developing,and the original management methods are not fully implemented.The implementation of the shutdown and energy-saving management system can be comprehensively and automatically monitored through on-site signal collection,rule list sorting,and output of limit exceeding alarms.By studying the automatic monitoring method for the implementation of the shutdown and power-saving system for wide and thick plates,based on refined energy management,and by formulating the shutdown and power-saving system for electrical equipment,and automatically supervising and evaluating the implementation of the system,it has practical benefits for further reducing enterprise electricity consumption.
