摘　　要：为解决在烟梗预处理过程中梗拐筛分合格率较低的问题,优化改进了滚筒筛分机的滚筒。通过改进筛板网孔尺寸、筒内炒料板数量、滚筒转速和滚筒参数,增强了正常烟梗与梗拐的分离效果,成品梗中的梗拐含量从15%降低到4%,为后续工段提供了品质优良、耐加工性强的合格烟梗,改善了梗丝的工艺质量。To solve the problem of low pass rate of stem screening during tobacco stem pretreatment,the drum screening machine has been optimized and improved.By improving the mesh size of the sieve plate,the number of stir frying plates in the cylinder,the drum speed,and drum parameters,the separation effect between normal tobacco stems and stems was improved.The stem and stem content in the finished stems was reduced from 15% to 4%,providing qualified tobacco stems with excellent quality and strong processing resistance for subsequent sections,and improving the process quality of stem silk.
