摘 要:针对市电异常或突然掉电时后端交流设备仍需工作的情况,设计一种市电与UPS供电快速互锁切换电路。该电路具有交流异常掉电快速检测功能。市电固态继电器和UPS固态继电器驱动有硬件与软件双重互锁机制,能降低UPS供电、市电同时输出的误动作几率;微控器电路能快速响应驱动UPS固态继电器与市电固态继电器,使其市电或UPS电供给后端交流设备。与传统的交流继电器切换市电、UPS电或交流并网技术相比,该技术具有软件可控、市电和UPS电互锁安全可靠、电路简单、成本低等优点。In response to the situation where the backend communication equipment still needs to work in case of abnormal mains power or sudden power outage,a fast interlocking switching circuit between mains power and UPS power supply is designed.This circuit has a fast detection function for AC abnormal power loss.The municipal solid state relay and UPS solid state relay drive have a hardware and software dual interlocking mechanism,which can reduce the probability of misoperation of UPS power supply and municipal power output simultaneously.The microcontroller circuit can quickly respond to drive the UPS solid-state relay and the mains solid-state relay,allowing their mains or UPS power to be supplied to the backend AC equipment.Compared with traditional AC relay switching for mains UPS or AC grid connection technology,this technology has the advantages of software controllability,safe and reliable interlocking between mains and UPS,simple circuit,and low cost.
