摘 要:讨论了锅炉风量控制的重要性,阐述了常规锅炉风量控制技术的现状,提出了基于炉膛气氛场的燃烧区域局部风量调节与控制技术,并重点介绍了该技术中CO及H2S测量等炉膛气氛场测量技术以及风量控制原理。介绍了在某600MW火电机组上的应用情况,并进行了经济性分析。结果表明,该技术能有效减少锅炉的化学不完全燃烧和机械不完全燃烧损失,避免非停损失和爆管维修损失,具有较好的经济性。The importance of boiler air flow control was discussed,and the current status of conventional boiler air flow control technology was elaborated.A local air flow adjustment and control technology based on furnace atmosphere field in the combustion area was proposed,with a focus on introducing furnace atmosphere field measurement technologies such as CO and H2S measurement,as well as the principle of air flow control in this technology.The application situation on a 600 MW thermal power unit was introduced,and an economic analysis was conducted.The results show that this technology can effectively reduce the chemical and mechanical incomplete combustion losses of boilers,avoid non-stop losses and tube burst maintenance losses,and has good economic efficiency.
