摘 要:无功补偿的主要作用是提高功率因数,减少设备容量和功率损耗,在长距离输电中提高输电稳定性和输电能力以及平衡三相负载的有功和无功功率。安装并联电容器进行无功补偿,可限制无功功率在电网中的传输,提高配电网的电压质量。结合铜矿峪矿110 kV/6 kV总降压变电站供电现状,对变压器二次侧6 kV无功补偿装置进行改造,提高了主变压器的功率因数,满足电网要求的0.9以上,提高了供电质量并取得了良好的经济效益。The main function of reactive power compensation is to increase power factor to reduce equipment capacity and power loss,stabilize voltage and improve power supply quality,improve transmission stability and capacity in long-distance transmission,and balance the active and reactive power of three-phase loads.Installing parallel capacitors for reactive power compensation can limit the transmission of reactive power in the power grid,thereby reducing the voltage loss of the line and improving the voltage quality of the distribution network.This paper combines the current power supply situation of the 110 kV/6 kV main step-down substation in Tongkuangyu Mine,and renovates the 6 kV reactive power compensation device on the secondary side of the transformer.The power factor of the transformer has been improved to meet the requirements of the power grid by more than 0.9,improving the quality of power supply and achieving good economic benefits.
