摘　　要：透平发电机能为海洋油气平台上所有的生产和生活设备供电,是海洋油气平台最重要的设备之一。透平发电机的售价昂贵,若可以整合利用闲置的透平发电机,则将节约一定成本。在某海洋油气平台的改造项目中,该平台从别的平台引入了一台闲置的发电机组,但因额定输出电压不匹配,为该进口机组更换了一台国产发电机。这是我国首次国产化改造透平发电机组,论述了本次透平发电机国产化改造遇到的难点与解决措施,以期为将来整合利用闲置透平发电机组的项目提供相关参考。Turbine generators can provide power for all production and living equipment on offshore oil and gas platforms,and are one of the most important equipment on offshore oil and gas platforms.The price of turbine generators is expensive,and if idle turbine generators can be integrated and utilized,it will save significant costs.In the renovation project of a certain offshore oil and gas platform,the platform introduced an idle generator unit from another platform,but due to a mismatch in rated output voltage,a domestically produced generator was replaced for the imported unit.This is the first domestically produced transformation of a turbine generator set in China.The difficulties and solutions encountered in the localization transformation of the turbine generator set are discussed,in order to provide relevant references for future projects that integrate and utilize idle turbine generator sets.
