青年闸启闭机房除险加固工程施工监理方案分析

摘　　要：青年闸位于淮南市潘集区高皇境内,工程主要任务为防洪、排涝。青年闸启闭机房除险加固工程包括拆除老闸启闭机房及启闭平台、抬高启闭平台、新建启闭机房。只有在工程施工过程中制定科学、合理的监理规划及方案,才能保证该工程的施工质量。基于此,以青年闸启闭机房除险加固工程为例,研究了该工程的施工监理机构、监理工作方法、监理制度等内容,同时分析了监理阶段划分、进度控制、质量控制、投资控制、安全监督等监理要点,力求保障工程施工质量,为工程施工建设提供参考依据。Youth Gate is located in the territory of Gaohuang,Panji District,Huainan City,the main task of the project is flood control and drainage.The safety reinforcement project of the opening and closing machine room of Youth Gate includes dismantling the old gate opening and closing machine room and closing platform,raising the opening and closing platform,and building a new opening and closing machine room.Only in the process of engineering construction to establish a scientific and reasonable supervision plan and scheme,in order to ensure the construction quality of the project.Based on this,this paper takes the Youth Gate opening and closing machine room reinforcement project as an example,studies the construction supervision organization,supervision work method and supervision system of the project,and analyzes the key points of supervision such as the division of supervision stages,progress control,quality control,investment control and safety supervision,so as to ensure the construction quality of the project and provide a reference for the construction of the project.
