摘 要:以MG1000/2500-WD型大采高采煤机为研究对象,介绍一种行星架优化设计方案。基于多体动力学理论,采用ADAMS软件构建采煤机截割动力学仿真模型,并从两级行星架静力学分析和行星架疲劳寿命分析2个角度综合分析行星架性能,以确认行星架受力薄弱点,并以此为基础介绍行星架优化设计方案。将优化设计方案应用于实际工程,结果表明,与优化前相比,优化后行星架的综合性能有效提升。Taking MG1000/2500-WD large mining height coal mining machine as the research object,this paper introduces an optimized design scheme for planetary carrier.Based on the theory of multibody dynamics,a cutting dynamics simulation model of the coal mining machine was constructed using ADAMS software.The performance of the planetary carrier was comprehensively analyzed from two perspectives:Static analysis of the two-stage planetary carrier and fatigue life analysis of the planetary carrier,in order to confirm the weak points of the planetary carrier under stress.Based on this,the optimization design scheme of the planetary carrier was introduced.The optimized design scheme was applied to practical engineering,and the results showed that compared with before optimization,the comprehensive performance of the planetary carrier was effectively improved after optimization.
