摘  要:基于烟包税票贴纸的实际工作需求,完成税票从水平位置到垂直位置的折叠动作、压头与烟包侧边相切使得税票贴紧的动作、贴紧后压头将烟包推离折角轮的动作。根据所需的末端贴纸运动轨迹,通过模型建立、运动模拟、参数拟合等步骤,反求凸轮曲线。利用Creo设计工具建立机构的传动三维模型,并通过定义伺服电机运动曲线满足预定要求,然后根据所得运动轨迹反求凸轮内轮廓曲线,并根据所设计的凸轮进行运动仿真,得出其速度曲线。该凸轮曲线设计合理,可指导后续的生产。This paper is based on the actual work requirements of cigarette tax invoice stickers,completing the folding action of the tax invoice from the horizontal position to the vertical position,the action of the pressure head being tangent to the side of the cigarette package to make the tax invoice stick tightly,and the action of the pressure head pushing the cigarette package away from the folding angle wheel after sticking tightly.Based on the required end sticker motion trajectory,reverse calculate the cam curve through steps such as model establishment,motion simulation,and parameter fitting.Using Creo design tool to establish a three-dimensional transmission model of the mechanism,and defining the motion curve of the servo motor to meet the predetermined requirements.Then,based on the obtained motion trajectory,the internal contour curve of the cam is calculated in reverse,and motion simulation is carried out based on the designed cam to obtain its velocity curve.The cam curve design is reasonable and can guide subsequent production.
