摘  要:综采放顶煤残煤自燃是煤矿长期存在的危害,气流泄漏到采空区是造成危险的主要驱动因素。当综采放顶煤工作面在多个煤层和浅覆盖层中作业时,由于综采放顶煤工作面的表面之间存在压差,采煤引起的裂缝很可能会将新鲜气流吸入采空区。为更深入地研究该问题,使用通风模拟软件包“Ventsim”对宏远煤业进行了案例研究。研究发现,通过隔离和加压主动综采放顶煤工作面、改变辅助风机的性能和通风调节器的阻力来调节压差及增压通风系统调整风机的负载,可有效缓解通风引发的残煤自燃问题。Spontaneous combustion of residual coal from fully mechanized caving top coal is a long-term hazard in coal mines,and air leakage to goaf is the main driving factor of the hazard.When the working face of fully mechanized caving top coal works in multiple coal seams and shallow overburden layers,the cracks caused by coal mining are likely to draw fresh air into the goaf due to the pressure difference between the surfaces of the working face.In order to study this problem more deeply,a case study of Hongyuan Coal Mine was carried out using the ventilation simulation software package"Ventsim".It is found that isolating and pressurizing the top coal face,adjusting the pressure difference by changing the performance of the auxiliary fan and the resistance of the ventilation regulator,and adjusting the load of the fan by the booster ventilation system can effectively alleviate the problem of residual coal spontaneous combustion caused by ventilation.
