摘 要:农业植保喷雾技术经过多年发展,已经得到快速普及应用,为探索植保喷雾技术发展趋势和技术研发突破关键点,开展了室内环境试验与田间试验,重点针对市场常见的喷杆喷雾机、植保无人机、弥雾机进行试验,试验统计测量雾滴直径、雾滴密度、有效覆盖率、分布均匀性、飘移率、有效幅宽等指标,并进行室内外各项数据的对比分析,强调了应从雾化技术、喷头技术、防漂移技术、变量喷施技术等方面进行植保喷雾技术升级。After years of development,agricultural plant protection spray technology has been rapidly popularized and applied.In order to explore the development trend of plant protection spray technology and the key points of technology R&D breakthrough,indoor environmental tests and field tests were carried out,focusing on the common spray bar spray,plant protection UAV and mist sprayer in the market.The test statistics measured the droplet diameter,droplet density,effective coverage,distribution uniformity,drift rate,effective width and other indicators,and conducted a comparative analysis of various indoor and outdoor data.It emphasized that the plant protection spray technology should be upgraded from the aspects of atomization technology,nozzle technology,anti drift technology,variable spraying technology and so on.
