摘　　要：为提高澳洲坚果青皮的脱壳效率,降低人工及运输成本,增加种植户的生产效益。采用螺旋式纹杆脱壳滚筒及鱼骨式纹杆半圆筛分机构,运用硬揉搓的方式脱去澳洲坚果外层青皮,该设计是一种新型澳洲坚果脱壳方式。由于设计采用单相电机(1.5 kW)作动力,具有重量轻(44 kg)、生产率较高(2.5 t/h)等特点,可满足家庭农场初加工生产的需求。In order to improve the efficiency of Macadamia nuts green peel shelling,reduce labor and transportation costs,and increase the production efficiency of growers.The use of spiral rod shelling drum and fishbone pattern rod semi-circular screening mechanism,the use of hard kneading method to remove the outer layer of macadamia peel,this design is a new way of macadamia shelling.Due to the design of a single-phase motor(1.5 kW)as the power,it has the characteristics of light weight(44 kg)and high productivity(2.5 t/h),which can meet the needs of primary processing and production of family farms.
