摘　　要：播种机动力离合装置是播种机根据需要随时将动力断开或啮合的一种离合装置,现有的动力离合装置存在拆装复杂、维修保养难、离合间隙不能调整等问题。该文对现有装置进行优化,设计了一种播种机动力离合装置,对装置的整体结构形式、关键部件结构组成、安装方式及工作原理等进行了详细介绍,装置采用了外置弹簧压力自动调整、调节丝杆长度控制离合间隙、外置安装等结构形式优化设计,使该装置利于维修、保养和调整。The power clutch device of the seeding machine is a kind of clutch device that the seeder disconnects or meshes the power at any time according to the needs,and the existing power clutch device has the problems such as complex disassembly and assembly,difficult maintenance,and the clutch clearance can not be adjusted.In this paper,the existing device is optimized,a power clutch device of seeder is designed,the overall structure of the device,the structural composition of key components,the installation mode and the working principle are introduced in detail,and the device adopts the automatic adjustment of external spring pressure,the adjustment of the length of the screw rod to control the clutch clearance,the external installation and other structural forms of the optimization design,so that the device is conducive to repair,maintenance and adjustment.
