摘  要:方捆机作为畜牧业中不可或缺的设备,其性能与可靠性备受关注。然而,尽管国内对方捆机进行了引进和优化改进,特别是在多功能化、智能化和高适应性方面取得了长足进步,但核心部件打结器仍然依赖国外进口,限制了国内方捆机的发展。研发或量产打结器时需要进行连续测试,因此,加快打结器试验检测技术的发展,对优化创新设计以推进打结装置国产化具有重要意义。该文对方捆机打结器试验检测技术的应用现状进行了综述,提出了未来打结器试验检测技术发展方向,包括智能化与自动化、高精度传感器技术、实验仿真技术、大数据分析等方面的创新,这些研究将有助于推动国产打结器的进步,提高其在农业生产中的性能和可靠性。As an indispensable equipment in the livestock industry,square balers have attracted considerable attention regarding their performance and reliability.Despite the significant progress made in the domestic introduction and optimization of square balers,especially in terms of multifunctionality,intelligence,and high adaptability,the reliance on foreign imports for the core component,the knotter device,still hinders the development of domestic square balers.Continuous testing is essential during the development or mass production of knotter devices.Therefore,accelerating the development of knotter testing technology is crucial for optimizing innovative designs and promoting the localization of knotter devices.This paper provides an overview of the current application status of testing technology for square baler knotter devices and proposes potential future directions,including innovations in intelligence and automation,high-precision sensor technology,experimental simulation techniques,and big data analysis.These studies will contribute to advancing knotter device technology in China,enhancing its performance and reliability in agricultural production.
