摘 要:中国玉米产量占全世界粮食产量主导地位,玉米机械化收获作为整个生产过程的主要环节是致关重要的,也是生产过程的重中之重,提高收获技术水平不仅可以加快发展,还可以提高市场竞争力和经济效益。当前我国收获机械正处于重要转折点,由机-液作业向机-电-液-控方向发展。该文主要从果穗收获和籽粒直收两个角度分析对比了国内外相关收获机型的研究进展与发展现状,并从割台精准对行、割台高度调节、自动脱粒技术等方面进行了阐述,通过全方位、多角度对比其性能的优缺点,为收获机械的发展提供归纳总结,以期为收获机械的设计与研发提供一定的建议与思路。China’s corn production dominates the world's grain production,and mechanized corn harvesting,as the main link in the entire production process,is crucial and also a top priority.Improving the level of harvesting technology can not only accelerate development,but also enhance market competitiveness and economic benefits.At present,China’s harvesting machinery is at an important turning point,developing from machine hydraulic operation to machine electric hydraulic control.This article mainly analyzes and compares the research progress and development status of relevant harvesting machines at home and abroad from the perspectives of ear harvesting and direct grain harvesting.It also elaborates on the precise alignment of the header,header height adjustment,automatic threshing technology,and other aspects.By comprehensively and comprehensively comparing its performance advantages and disadvantages,it provides a summary for the development of harvesting machinery,To provide certain suggestions and ideas for the design and development of future harvesting machinery.
